All of the following photos were taken by myself unless otherwise noted. Most of my photos were taken with a Celestron C-8 telescope using off-axis equipment. They were all hand guided. The average exposure time is 30 to 60 minutes. Although some were as long as 90 minutes. The film primarly used was hypered Konica 3200 ASA.

This is another view of home folks. Notice to the right of the dark lane about center there is a red patch. This is the North American Nebula in the Constellation Cygnus.

This is an Emission Nebula in the Constellation of Orion M 42. It is a place where new stars are forming. It is considered a Stellar Nursery

This is IC-434 a Dark Emission Nebula in the Constellation of Orion. It is known as the Horsehead because of its shape. This photo was taken at f-10 prime focus.
The Horsehead taken from a wider field of view through my telescope. This photo was taken at f-6.3 prime focus.
This is the Horsehead taken from a wider field of view through Tom's 10 inch Meade telescope. Tom shot this at f-6.3 also. I like his angle better, he also didn't expose it as long as I did at f-6.3, but he has good detail.
This is the Veil Nebula the exploded remains of a star located in the Cygnus.
This Emission Nebula is located in the Constellation of Perseus. When it is viewed at low power it resembles the state of California.
This is an emission nebula M-8 located in Constellation Sagittarius,referred to as the Lagoon Nebula.
